1. Product Quality You can tell the quality of products by the colour of the product.  Products such as hemp hearts ™ and some hemp suppliers tend to have much darker colours due to their high hull count.  The more shelled hemp seed there is in a product the better.  Other items that affect the quality of your food are Light, Oxygen, and Packaging.  If you can see the food in the package then stay away.  Like wise if the product is not packaged on a professional oxygen free packaging line.  All Shelled Hemp Seed Food Products should be inert gas (Nitrogen) filled when finished packaging.  This naturally extends the shell life for a very long time.

2. Guarantee Policy Any company you plan on doing business with should have an absolute 110% Guarantee on their products.  End of Story.  You don't really care what the problem is - Damaged Packaging, Product freshness  (see packaging), or whatever.  Are the products guaranteed and is it in writing.  Hemp Hearts ™ do not have a Guarantee Policy.

3. Return Policy Does the company you are thinking about dealing with have a return Policy.  If they can't stand behind their products then why should you.  If they do have a return policy then it must be a no hassle straight forward policy.  Hemp Hearts ™ do not have a return policy.
